How it works
Assessment first. We start with a real movement assessment and a conversation about your history, your equipment, and your goals — the same way every in-person client starts.
Programming built for you. Your plan lives in a coaching app, periodized in real training blocks, and follows the same kettlebell progression I teach in person: deadlift and hinge first, then swings, get-ups, presses, cleans, and snatches — in that order, for a reason.
Coaching that actually watches you move. You film your working sets; I review your form on video and send corrections. Weekly check-ins keep the plan honest, and messaging support means questions don't wait a week.
What's included
Virtual coaching is $425/month with a three-month minimum, and includes personalized programming, the coaching app, a weekly check-in, video form review, messaging support during business hours, program adjustments as needed, and a monthly progress review.
Want more hands-on time? Hybrid coaching is $675/month — everything above, plus one private in-person session each month in NYC to refine technique, progress your kettlebell skills, and reassess your movement.
