Not at all! I will always meet you where you are. I love teaching the basics and building from there. Your results will usually turn out even better!
All across New York City for in-person services! I go to private gyms across the city at my clients' convenience. I will also go to clients' at-home gyms or apartments if requested. Virtual clients get real assessments, real programming, and video form review, not just a copy-and-paste PDF with your name on it.
It means you control the pace, the language, and the space. No surprise touch, no body commentary, no "no excuses" culture. I program for your nervous system as well as your muscles, because I'm certified in it and because I've been the client who needed it.
It's built around them. In-season we run short, low-volume maintenance sessions that won't leave her sore for game day. The heavier building work happens in the off-season and pre-season, when her calendar and her body can absorb it.
Real numbers, up front: a one-time Strategy Session is $125 ($95 for youth athletes). Virtual coaching starts at $425/month, hybrid coaching at $675/month, and in-person coaching runs $695–$1,725/month depending on how many sessions you want each month (youth in-person runs $495–$1,250/month). Every plan includes programming, check-ins, and messaging. The free call is where we figure out which one fits — no pressure, no pitch deck.
